Soooo happy with my experience at Radiant Beauty & Health. It was my first time getting a little Botox “help” The staff's expertise and attention to detail were exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well-cared for. I was nervous at first but the procedure itself was practically painless and the results exceeded my expectations. My face looks refreshed and natural, as if the hands of time had been gently turned back. The clinic's commitment to safety and professionalism is evident in every aspect of their service. I got a groupon for this place. After getting injections of xeomin in my forehead I never lost movement, it's like I get injected with water, same result! After contacting the manager, she told me that I need to spend extra $200 or so for more product. I already bought 40 units and it's unbelievable that it's such a scam!!! Also they don't open the product in front of you, person go out and comes back with syringes. So it's could be expired or diluted or both.
By far has been the Best place i have ever been. Love the staff so Friendly. Any service I will need for sure will be from here.

I was a little disappointed by my client experience. The overall energy of the office felt a little chaotic and disjointed. And the Injector had her two small dogs following her around the office, which seemed a bit inappropriate for a medical-spa environment.I also just felt that there was a lack of professionalism & bedside manner. I got PRF under eyes, which I am happy with, but still unhappy with the overall experience. My under eyes were so puffy after and I wasn’t offered any ice until I asked for it. Just expected a little more care with everything…
Always a pleasure to go here. The people are relaxed and friendly. They listen you when you tell them exactly what your concerns are. There's rarely any waiting time and the service is quick and professional.
Dr. Mae at the Brooklyn location was wonderful. My appointment started right on time, her staff were welcoming and professional. She provided excellent tips for the after care of my procedure. I look forward to seeing her at my next appointment, will def recommend!

Just left my first appointment at radiant beauty and I am so beyond happy. I’ll post a more updated review after I can see my results but I was just beyond grateful for the incredible service and patient care. The NP who did my Botox was so knowledgeable and warm. She answered all my questions and explained everything to me from what product she was gonna use, where she was going to inject, how much in each location and for what reason. I came in with a pre-purchased amount of units and I didn’t feel for one second like she was trying to convince to get more and spend more money than I intended. After my injections she gave me clear post care instructions and provided me a take home information sheet as well. As long as the results are great (which I bet they will be) I will 100% coming back in the future.
I’ve been here twice so far & they have always done a wonderful job & I am very happy with the results! I was looking for a non surgical face lift & the the PDO thread lift. Ruzanna did a wonderful job & wasn’t as painful as I thought it would be. I also got the plasma & filler for under the eye area & the Russian lip flip by Dr. Petra she is amazing. That was my first visit. I love the outcome of both visits. I highly recommend! Now I feel like a Radiant Beauty!
